The team at Customer Inside was founded by Marcus Frost, a Customer Management practitioner and qualified marketer with broad experience of providing commercial solutions to Customer Experience, Insights, Marketing and Retail Best Practice across Europe.
Marcus has never been far from the customer. His career started at Perkins Engines where he introduced an international customer satisfaction programme and led several award winning TQM projects. Nine years at Ford Motor Company followed in various marketing and sales roles including communications, product, customer research, pricing and brand.
He then took the opportunity to work for the ultra high speed broadband company, Bulldog, as their Head of Marketing Insight responsible for research, market intelligence and analysis. Marcus then joined the strategy team at Inchcape plc, the leading automotive retailer, to develop and deploy a global operational excellence programme with the consumer at its heart. As Director of Customer Strategy, he worked with retailers in North Europe to transform the sales and aftersales journey to win and retain customers.
The team at Customer Inside also includes associates with expertise in new media, marketing fulfilment and research delivery.
