Groupware Mystery Unravelled By Customer Inside

Gold-i, the award winning Financial Exchange (FX) software development house, commissions Customer Inside to mystery shop the reseller experience for a new Groupware product.

Customer Inside was selected to analyse a third party Groupware product to highlight its strengths and weaknesses. The project consisted of two phases: 1. a mystery shop exercise to understand the Reseller sign-up process and highlight improvements, and 2. analysis of the website and reseller materials to assess the pros and cons of the Groupware product.

Tom Higgins, Group CEO of Gold-i, was delighted with the report findings which would be put to use straight away to further strengthen the online team collaboration software.
